Getting Your Order to You
We're excited to get your custom apparel into your hands! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process and timelines.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, we need 1-3 business days to process and prepare your custom t-shirt for shipment. During this time, we're carefully printing and quality-checking your order to ensure it meets our standards.
Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times by Country
After your order is processed and shipped, delivery times vary by location:
United States: 5-10 business days
Canada: 13-35 business days
Mexico: 13-35 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin counting after the 1-3 day processing period. Actual delivery may vary based on your specific location, customs processing (for international orders), and carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
For orders shipping to Canada and Mexico, please note that your package may be subject to customs processing, which can affect delivery times. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
