Tela Merch — Your satisfaction is our priority

📦  Important: All of our products are made-to-order, printed just for you when you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. We encourage you to review size guides carefully before ordering.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, but only in the following cases:

·       The item arrived damaged or defective
·       You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design)

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible) and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items

·       Change-of-mind or sizing errors (all items are custom made-to-order)

·       Sale items and gift cards

·       Items not in original condition

·       Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
